About John Sambrook
Senior help for firmware that has to ship, in language a tired team can use on Monday.
Common Sense Embedded is the device-firmware practice of Common Sense Systems, the Kirkland firm I founded in 1996. I spent years in C and C++ on products where a vague answer is a dangerous answer.
I still do the work myself. You will not be handed to a junior with a script. If the first conversation shows the stuck part is not firmware, I will say that.
Based in Kirkland, Washington. I work with teams in person when it helps, and elsewhere by video.
